How long does Netwirking keep data?
We will hold your personal data for the duration of your employment whether you are a permanent or temporary worker and where applicable for a period of 6 years to comply with HMRC requirements.
We will retain your CV for a period of 2 years following which if there has been no contact between Netwirking or the candidate to update the CV, the CV will be deleted from the system.

- Require Netwirking to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing; and
